As part of my doctoral studies, I researched LoTi and identified learning experiences that focus on increasing technology proficiency. The core problem is a majority of the instructional staff within public school district do not have the technology skills that will enable them to use emerging technologies within an educational setting as required by local and state regulations.
I implemented this study in 2007 and have continued to research technology proficiency and aligned research with higher education and corporate training. This has been implemented in higher education (2017/2018) and focused on faculty with a LoTi level from 0-2.
